Thanks, Lowell…and COMMERCE…

Many thanks, once again, to the folks at Brew’d Awakenings in Lowell MA for the reception Tony received at his solo show on Tuesday night. More than a few bought Duende Project CDs and that’s without hearing any music during the reading!  That’s faith for ya.  Much appreciated…

Speaking of which, you can STILL get one track or everything we’ve put out if you head over to our Bandcamp commerce site.   If you get all five albums, in fact, you get a 25% discount. That’s a lot of music and will set you up handsomely for when we finally get that sixth album out there; in addition, it helps us FUND that effort.  We’re doing it ourselves, a track at a time, but there are always equipment costs and incidentals to be purchased. Your support in whatever form you can manage is greatly appreciated.

Thanks from all of us!

Such a deal…

We’re getting into recording our next album, and that’s not cheap…Wanna help?

Go get yourself some Duende Project from our Bandcamp sales site.  If you buy the whole discography — 5 whole albums! — you get a 25% discount.  LESS than 25 bucks for all five!

Or, peruse the site and just get the tracks you want at about a buck apiece.

Either way, you’ll be helping independent, unique music and poetry get to where it wants to be…with you!

Thanks.  Here’s the site:

Indiefeed Podcast…NEW TRACK!

Over the last nine years, we’ve been privileged to have been featured on the Indiefeed Performance Poetry podcast twenty times.  Curator and host Wess Mongo Jolley has been a passionate supporter of what we do for almost the whole time we’ve been at it.

Mongo’s retiring and closing down the podcast in favor of new endeavors, and we prepared this new studio track as a farewell and thank you to him and to the podcast.  It’s also a tribute to all librarians everywhere, coincidentally, and ALSO is the very first studio track from the full four piece band.  We hope you enjoy it.

Starlite recap

Thanks, as always, to the cast and crew out at starlite gallery in Southbridge who gave an enthusiastic welcome to us once again last night. We pulled out some new work for them, got to help someone celebrate their 21st birthday, had a new friend (Ryan Burke) sit in for a few pieces on tasty guitar, and in general had a grand time.

We’ll be back for another round on March 10. Mark your calendars (and leave room for whatever delicious soup Annie whips up for that night)!

Special tip of the hat to Demetri Kasperson for having us.

Starlite tonight!
