Wednesday night in Southbridge: improvisation and Led Zeppelin…?!

We played two LONG sets on this past Wednesday night in Southbridge that included some improvised poetry by Tony over extended jamming by the band, including a long tribute to alligators and such near the end of the night.  (Really, you had to be there.)* There was also a two-song Zeppelin interlude, as Capri Lanning-Cafaro took the stage to sing “Immigrant Song” and yes, “Stairway To Heaven.”  (You really, REALLY had to be there.)**

All in all, another great night of band looseness and tightness in the right places.

*So, you want to be there next time all this fun happens?  Check us out on these upcoming dates:

May 29, Providence, RI at AS220 on Empire Street (with Cross Rhode Blues and the Fellowship Of Feeding Wolves)  NOTE:  We’ll be making a live video and recording of the set that night!!

May 30, Southbridge, MA — starlite, once again

June 27, Worcester, MA — Nick’s Cabaret and Restaurant, Millbury Street

— and more to come.

** Wanna see Capri and Faro together doing some Zeppelin and Heart?  Check out their new cover band project, a tribute to the boys with the runes and the Wilson sisters — Whole Lotta Heart, coming soon (say, May 11 soon) to venues near you (say, the Cannery in Southbridge, MA!)
